Replacement Keys for Technics SK25 KeyboardSK25 keyboard is used in Technics PR-603Technics PR-703 Color: pur whiteThe SK25 keyboard is a touch-sensitive keyboard with 4-zone hammer mechanics.The unweighted keys have a length of 21.4 cm with a width of 2.24 cm. The depth of the key is 5.7 cm measured from the top of the key to the lower end of the key stroke. The top dead center stop is realized by a hook at the lower end of the key. The contactor, which presses on the contact strip, is not formed on the keyboard but on the hammer. At the back end, the key is held in the keyboard frame by means of a slot. The black keys have a length of 16.4 cm with a width of 1.2 cm. 4-Zone Hammer Mechanics:A 4-zone hammer mechanism is now state of the art for high-quality e-piano keyboards. By means of the four different zones the keyboard manufacturers try to get closer to the feeling of a mechanical wing. The keystroke on a mechanical piano varies depending on the area, whether bass or high. This is simulated with this keyboard by the fact that there are four different hammers with different weight. mechanical construction:The base of the keyboard is made of steel sheet and is very stable and rigid. All other components are attached to this frame by screwing or clamping. Particular mention should be made of the structure of the hammers. The hammers used here are made of a continuous metal part, which should guarantee a long life for these hammers. Only the attached plastic parts appear quite graceful.
Yamaha 14Y replacement keys mechanical construction:The keys for this keyboard are not available individually. Only one octave with 12 keys or the end octave with 13 keys is available.
Fatar replacement keys for the TP40/W keyboard (used)The Fatar TP/40 Wood (TP40/W) is a special version of the TP/40 family with a wooden core in the white keys and an “ivory feel” surface finish, which is used in high-quality musical instruments. This causes the glue to "flow" and the key weights to fall out. Never store instruments with this problem upright. Then the glue flows over all the keys and glues them together.
