Technics PX101 defekt, ohne Ton

Ihr Technics E-Piano hat keinen Ton mehr? Die Betriebsanzeige (rote LED) an der Front links zeigt an das dass E-Piano eingeschaltet ist. Einen Ton bekommen sie nicht. In den allermeisten Fällen ist es auch so das die Bedienelemente und die Bedienanzeigen nicht funktionieren.

Dieses Fehlverhalten des Technics PX101 ist uns sehr gut bekannt. Im wesentlichen ist dieser Fehler auf die Alterung von elektronischen Bauteilen zurückzuführen. Wir können dieses Problem auch lösen, bzw reparieren. Sie brauchen uns dazu auch nicht das ganze E-Piano zu schicken. Das ist nicht nötig. Es reicht wenn Sie aus Ihrem E-Piano das Mainboard ausbauen und uns zusenden. Wir testen und reparieren Ihr E-Piano Mainboard dann in unserer Werkstatt. Sie haben keine Ahnung was das Mainboard ist oder Sie trauen es sich generell nicht zu das E-Piano auf zu schrauben? Dann fragen Sie am besten einen technisch Versierten Menschen in Ihrem Umfeld oder den Elektriker von Nebenan. Diese Menschen können Ihnen ganz bestimmt helfen.

Technics PX101 klappernde Tasten

Die Tasten Ihres Technics E-Pianos klappern laut. Eventuell hören Sie ein metallisches Klacken wenn Sie die Tasten loslassen? In Ihrem Technics PX101 Piano ist eine sogenannte Hammermechanik Tastatur eingebaut. Das bedeutet das unter der Taste ein Hammer sitzt der bei jedem Tastenanschlag bewegt wird. In der Ruheposition liegt dieser Hammer auf einem Filz auf. Im laufe der Betriebsjahre Ihres E-Pianos verschleißt dieser Filz. Durch diesen verschleiß des Piano-Filz schlägt dieser Hammer auf den Rahmen bzw auf das Gehäuse des E-Pianos durch.

Das ganze lässt sich lösen in dem Sie den Filz austauschen. Wir bieten für diesen Fall zwei verschiedenen Lösungen an. Die einfache Lösung ist. Das Sie einen zusätzlichen Filz vor den verschlissenen Filz kleben. Diese Lösung geht einfach und schnell. Die zweite, etwas aufwändigere Lösung ist die, das Sie den alten und verschlissenen Filz durch einen neuen Filz ersetzten. Leider ist es recht aufwändig den alten Filz vollständig zu entfernen. Das einkleben des neuen Filzes ist wiederum einfach.
