Roland RD700SX PSU Recapping Set
Roland RD700SX Recapping Set PSUWarning: Switching power supplies store high amounts of energy for long periods of time. You are working on assemblies that operate at 230 V AC and approx. 300 V DC.You are carrying out this work at your own risk and under your own responsibility.A switching power supply from Sharp was installed in the Roland RD-700SX. The Sharp name is: B184. We have provided an example image of the SPSU here. The wear parts of the electronics are electrolytic capacitors. Capacitors are aging, and you will see the effect at first when it comes to greater damage because of overvoltage. Our recapping set consists of capacitors from renowned manufacturers. Preferably from Nichicon, Würth or Vishay. The Capacitors are firmly soldered to a circuit board. For replacing the button craftsmanship and experience in soldering is required.
