In this total length the casing is 7,5 mm long. On this casing is the thread with 5 mm length connected and out of the thread the axis rises with 12,5 mm length. The axis has a diameter of 6 mm and is flattened on a length of 12 mm. It is made of black plastic. Its head has a slot and ends in corner radius. The thread, which surrounds the axis, has the screw measure M9 x 0,75 mm.The four solder contact pins are 0,8 mm wide (one of them) and they are arranged in a raster in a distance of 2,5 mm. The bented pins, which are sticking out to the front, are necessary for the electrical function, in which the fourth pin has no electrical function.In the back range of the casing the metallic edge-socket connector is mounted. The connector will be fixed at the printed circuit board by pressing in the snap in pin. Between the two snap in holdings the distance is 13 mm. The holders latch in the board and fix the potentiometer mechanically.Useful hint:The potentiometer is soldered on the circuit board. You should have mechanical skills and experience in soldering to replace it.

We offer here a slide potentiometer with the same technical performance as the original part.Electrical properties:The stereo nominal resistance has 10 k? (Kilo-Ohm), the electric resistance gradient is linear. The potentiometer is construed for a power of 0,06 Watt.Appearance (technical characterisation):This slide potentiometer has been built in in the past in many instruments and audio equipements. The particular embodiment of this potentiometer is the arrangement of the solder contact pins, which today are no longer usual. In total eight solder contact pins are laterally ordered to a group of four pins at the top and the end of the slide potentiometer. On both sides the solder pins are staggered in reverse order. Because of this arrangement the volume control fits only in a specific mounting position. The slide potentiometer has a travel of 30 mm. Its metallic casing measures 45 x 8 mm, the height without lever is 7 mm. The lever is made of black plastic and ends in corner radius. Its height is 15 mm, the breadth is 5 mm and its depth is 2 mm. The eight solder contact pins are 0,8 mm wide (one of them) and they are arranged in a distance of 3 mm. The bented pins are necessary for the electrical function.In medium range of the casing the metallic edge-socket connector is mounted. By these connectors the slide potentiometer will be fixed mechanically.Useful hint:The volume control is soldered on the circuit board.
