Casio VZ-1 Synthesizer

The company Casio has in the 1980'er years also activities in the market of digital synthesizers and brought different series and model series on the market. Essentially, here are in addition to the CZ series, the FZ series and the VZ series to call. Casio started with the CZ series which was sold very successfully. Later, the VZ series was presented as a further development of the CZ series. The VZ series includes the Casio VZ-1 and VZ-101. Then there is the VZ1000 and the VZ5000.

Service, spare parts and repairs

Today no Casio service is available for the Casio VZ1 synthesizer of the 1980's. It is correspondingly difficult to get spare parts. Therefore, we included the Casio VZ1 synthesizer in our offer and as far as we can we offer suitable spare parts for the VZ-1. If possible, our spare parts are OEM spare parts. This means that we obtain the spare parts from the exact same supplier from which Casio was supplied. If these components are still produced today. If these replacement parts are no longer manufactured we can offer an equivalent or even better replacement.

With the VZ1 there is the special problem of the display. The display Casio had installed at that time was progressive and very modern. Unfortunately there is no replacement for this display today. If the foil used for the backlight fails, the only option is to replace this EL foil.
