1 pcs. slide potentiometer with 30mm travel and 5mm Lever. Suitable for Roland JD-800 Attention:Special pin layout. This potentiometer has a special pin layout and can only be used as a replacement for EWANFE or EWANFJ potenziometers. Not suitable for EWANA potentiometers.Without center. This potentiometer is only available without center.Electrical properties:The nominal resistance has 100 KOhm, the electric resistance gradient is linear. The potentiometer is construed for a power of 0,06 Watt.Appearance (technical characterisation):This slide potentiometer has been built in in the past in many instruments and audio equipements. The particular embodiment of this potentiometer is the arrangement of the solder contact pins, which today are no longer usual. In total eight solder contact pins are laterally ordered to a group of four pins at the top and the end of the slide potentiometer. On both sides the solder pins are staggered in reverse order. Because of this arrangement the volume control fits only in a specific mounting position. The slide potentiometer has a travel of 30 mm. Its metallic casing measures 45 x 8 mm, the height without lever is 7 mm. The lever is made of black plastic and ends in corner radius. Its height is 15 mm, the breadth is 5 mm and its depth is 2 mm. The eight solder contact pins are 0,8 mm wide (one of them) and they are arranged in a distance of 3 mm. The bented pins are necessary for the electrical function. In medium range of the casing the metallic edge-socket connector is mounted. By these connectors the slide potentiometer will be fixed mechanically.Useful hint:The potetniometer is soldered on the circuit board. You should have mechanical skills and experience in soldering to replace it.Â
1 pcs. Roland JP8000 OLED Display brandnew in yellow this is a plug in ready OLED Display replacement for Roland JP8000 Synthsizer. For this display replacement, we strongly recommend shortening the mounting bolts in the housing of the Roland JP8000. The OLED display itself is supplied pre-wired. No soldering is required Mounting instructions for Roland JP8000 OLED:The mechanical assembly of this OLED display is somewhat more complex. The synthesiser is opened from the back and almost all components have to be removed to access the display, unfortunately the keyboard also has to be removed. The display assembly:We have developed a special cable adapter for the display in the Roland JP8000. This makes it possible to continue using the flat cable used in the original. The flat cable is simply plugged in.The display in the Roland JP8000 is mounted on plastic bolts that are firmly connected to the display frame of the synthesiser, but these plastic bolts are much too high for the new OLED display at 8 mm. It is best to shorten these bolts to 5 mm so that the new OLED display comes very close to the windscreen. These plastic bolts can be easily sawn off with a small modelling handsaw. In our picture it is a saw from Tamiya. The big advantage is that a shim can be placed underneath as a height stop. This allows me to saw off the correct height very safely.Scope of delivery Roland JP8000 OLED Display:OLED display ready wiredInstallation instructionsmounting materialThe color of the shown display, may differ from the original.Installation service for Roland JP8000:We are able to do this replacement for you. Please ask.Lifetime:The lifetime is specified by the manufacturer with 50,000 operating hours. After this specified drive time, the display still has 50% of its original luminosity.Â
