1 pcs. Nord Rotary Potentiometer vertikal 12 mm 10kOhm  Electrical properties:The nominal resistance has 10 kilo-Ohm, the electric resistance gradient runs linear. Appearance (technical characterisation):The casing measures 12 x 11 mm, the total length without pins is 22,5 mm. In this total length the casing is 7,5 mm long. On this casing is the thread with 5 mm length connected and out of the thread the axis rises with 10 mm length. The axis has a diameter of 6 mm and is flattened on a length of 12 mm. It is made of black plastic. Its head has a slot and ends in corner radius. The thread, which surrounds the axis, has the screw measure M9 x 0,75 mm.The four solder contact pins are 0,8 mm wide (one of them) and they are arranged in a raster in a distance of 2,5 mm. The bented pins, which are sticking out to the front, are necessary for the electrical function, in which the fourth pin has no electrical function.In the back range of the casing the metallic edge-socket connector is mounted. The connector will be fixed at the printed circuit board by pressing in the snap in pin.Between the two snap in holdings the distance is 13 mm. The holders latch in the board and fix the potentiometer mechanically.Useful hint:The potentiometer is soldered on the circuit board. You should have mechanical skills and experience in soldering to replace it.Â

.Clavia Nord - Synthesizers, Stage Pianos, and Organ Simulators
Founded in 1983 by Hans Nordelius in Sweden, Clavia initially built drum computers and e-drums under the name ddrums, but since the sale of this division to the us distributor in 1989, it has focused exclusively on keyboard instruments, or more precisely, synthesizers.
The instruments captivate on the one hand by their very high quality of workmanship, but on the other hand, the unique dark red colouring also stands out.
With the synthesizers produced since 1995, e.g. the Nord Lead, Clavia brought the first virtual analogue instrument onto the market, which could be expanded to 12 voices even back then.
In the course of the years, not only the number of voices of the devices was extended, but also the sound characteristics were improved considerably.
In 1999, Clavia launched the Nord Modular, an innovation that took users' hearts by storm. A rather small metal case with a virtual-analogue modular synthesizer system.
Since these days, Clavia has also been building so-called stage pianos and organ simulators of high quality.
Spare parts for Clavia Nord devices
Even the most robust devices will have a fault at some point. Jack sockets can get a loose contact, encoders or potentiometers can scratch. Such faults can also occur with Nord synthesizers. The typical Clavia buttons with their oval surface are also subject to a certain amount of wear, which is not at all uncommon. After all, these instruments have already been around for a few years and, in the case of the stage pianos, have certainly been transported from the rehearsal room to the concert hall and back several times. It is quite possible that things got a little rough in the process.
