The digital to analog converter is housed in a DIP 16 package and is designed for classic through hole mounting on a circuit board. Use of a socket is possible. The DA converter has 2 x 8 connecting pins with grid of 2.54 mm x 7.62 mm.

Technical Description for AD1862N:

The DA converter provides low distortion and typical differential linearity error is 0.001%. The interface is serial and provides a 20 bit resolution. No external components, such as temperature compensation or similar is required.
