Order cancellation – My order has been cancelled without reason

We are sorry if your order has been cancelled.

There is only one reason for this:

The email address provided is unreachable.

Unfortunately, we frequently receive orders via the shop where the email address provided is unreachable. Common error messages in such cases are:

• Mailbox full

• Email address unknown.

In practice, this means we are unable to communicate with our customers. Our customers cannot receive dispatch notifications or any further updates on the delivery status. It often happens that these orders are then left at the post office and returned to us.

We would ask customers affected by this to check their email inbox and verify that the email address provided to us has been spelt correctly.
