Technics electric piano series PX100'er

Under the brand name Technics came at the end of the 1980'er years the electric piano series PX100 on the market. The series included the models PX101, PX103, PX107 and PX111. The models were available in black and walnut veneer. These Technics electronic keyboard instruments have been offered in the upscale price range and are also accommodated by the sound quality and processing of the instruments. The price of the entry-level model was 1.500, - Euro. The top model, PX107 was offered for 2.200, - Euro.

Repair of a Technics E-Piano PX103

This Technics e-piano series is characterized by its excellent build quality. The keyboard is designed to be very durable and the wear is low. A weak spot has appeared after many years of operation. In electronics, the aging of electronic components leads to a defect. This defect manifests itself in that while the operating light on the front of your e-piano lights, but there is no sound to hear. Even a test of the headphone output shows the same negative result. We are well aware of this error and we can repair this defect with manageable effort. After the successful repair, there is nothing to stand in the way of a long electric piano life and you will enjoy your keyboard instrument for many years to come.
