Repair orders from outside the European Union

You would like to send us an electronic assembly for repair and are outside the European Union?

In this case, there are a few customs formalities to consider.

Correctly prepared shipments for import into the European Union make work easier for everyone involved and this is not as time-consuming as many people might think. Above all, shipping is faster if everything is prepared correctly.

There are 4 things to consider.

  • Firstly, pack the assembly well and securely. Always use a cardboard box. Bubble bags are not sufficient.
  • Repair order: please complete our repair order form and enclose it with the consignment.
  • Proforma invoice: Please complete the "Proformainvoive" file linked here. You only need to fill in your name and address in the top right-hand corner. The description of the goods, the value and the customs tariff number remain unchanged.
  • A so-called CN22 form is attached to the outside of the consignment. You will receive this at the post office when you post the consignment. You transfer the data from the pro forma invoice to this CN22 form: Description of goods, value and customs tariff number.

The proforma invoice and the CN22 form are attached to the outside of the consignment.
