Order spare parts for E-mu E4K easily online.

The synthesizers and samplers of the E4 series are available both as rack versions and as E4K with keyboard.
The different models were labelled somewhat confusingly, with different features. For example, there were units with the additional designation "Turbo", which had a faster processor, or one that was named "Ultra", which, in addition to the faster processor, also came with a larger memory.
What they all had in common were the upgrade options. The units could be equipped with an additional midi interface to increase the number of midi channels from 16 to 32.

Spare parts

The keyboard version has a keyboard that is still quite robust today. But here, too, the ravages of time are gnawing away at the menu keys, the modulation wheel seems to have given up on some models, and the display is fading in brightness and legibility. No wonder, the device has been around for 20 years. The most common faults, however, occur in the jack sockets. These were soldered directly onto the circuit board, and many units have had a rough life in which the cables were certainly plugged in and unplugged unusually hard at times.
